John Crosby


John is the Lead Pastor of Morley Baptist Church and is in the Army Reserves as the Western Region Staff Chaplain. In Defence he has been trained in Pastoral Resilience; Psychology of BattleSMART; Notifications; CIMS; ATODS; ASIST; ADF Instructor on ethics; Suicide Prevention Trainer; Duntroon Officer Training; Mental Health Provider; Equity and Diversity; Moral Injury and Moral Repair. He worked with troops who experienced combat trauma and was awarded 2 honours; a Conspicuous Service Medal and Australian Defence Medal.

Prior to this he was the Executive President/CEO Queensland Churches of Christ and his activities included ACOM Director; Australian Institute of Company Director; CDF Board Member; Qld Conference Council Member; Constitutional Committee Chair; Professional Standards Unit Founding Chair; Property Board Member; Resource Missional Team Founding Chair; Workplace Regulations; Drug Arm Honorary Patron; Heads of Denominations Member; IMT Member; ISA for Companies, Qld; National CEOs Team; National Council Member; Church Consultant. He was awarded 1 honour the Centenary Medal.
